The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of September 2024, Adani Enterprises said in an exchange filing.

Parserlabs India was incorporated on March 25, 2019 and Coredge.io India was incorporated on November 24, 2020.

Parserlabs India owns 100% shareholding of Coredge.io India. The turnover of Parserlabs India for financial year 2023-24 stood at ₹45.63 crore.
